Private Art Therapy Session

To book a private session, please contact us for availability. Join us for a laid-back, relaxing art therapy session. Have a cup of tea, color a mandala, relax to the soothing sounds and learn some relaxation and meditation skills. This class is perfect for relieving stress and for individuals coping with anxiety and depression. Many people have the misconception that Art Therapy is for kids, or for established artists. Art Therapy is a fun and effective way to express yourself and deal with difficult emotions, gain new coping skills and it can even help in processing trauma. You don't have to have something "wrong" with you to benefit from Art Therapy. It can be about filling your cup with self care and self exploration. Art Therapy isn't always about finishing with a beautiful masterpiece, although that might surprise you and happen. It is about the experience, about tapping into different parts of your brain and using your imagination to gain new perspectives and solve problems in new ways. It is about being courageous and exploring. Art Therapy is learning how to connect mind and body, and increase your awareness.
